Цели и задачи АПГО

  ПРЕДПОСЫЛКИ СОЗДАНИЯ АССОЦИАЦИИ

1.Консолидация  активов  ГРО  и  централизация  управленческих  процессов  в  газораспределении.
2.Понимание  основными  потребителями  и производителями  продукции и услуг необходимости:                                                                                                                             
-  серьезной  модернизации  материально-технической  и нормативно-правовой  базы газораспределения;                                                         
-  жесткой  конкуренции  с  зарубежными  производителями материалов, оборудования и технологий;                                                                                                      
-  противодействия  недобросовестной  конкуренции со  стороны  производителей некачественной и контрафактной продукции;                                                          
-  объединения  усилий  по  защите  интересов  бизнес-сообщества  в  органах законодательной  и исполнительной  власти, органах  государственного  надзора.

PRECONDITIONS OF ASSOCIATION CREATION

 1. Consolidation of GRO assets and centralization of administrative processes in gas distribution
 2. Understanding by the basic consumers and manufacturers of production and services the
necessity of:                                                                                                                             
-Serious modernization of material and legal rules of gas distribution;                                                                       
- Severe competition to foreign manufacturers of materials, equipment and technologies;                                                                                                      
- Counteractions of unfair competition on the part of manufacturers of poor-quality and counterfeit production;                                                          
- Unification of efforts on protection of business-community interests in the bodies of legislative and executive authority, bodies of the state supervision.

ОСНОВНЫЕ  ЦЕЛИ  АССОЦИАЦИИ

1. Организационное  и  техническое  содействие  процессу совершенствования потребительских  свойств  продукции путем  обеспечения  взаимосвязи  потребителей, разработчиков,  производителей  и  поставщиков  продукции.
2. Объединение  усилий  заинтересованных  организаций  и  физических  лиц  для  достижения  целостного и гармоничного  развития социально  значимого    сектора  экономики - строительства  и  эксплуатации  систем  газораспределения  и  газопотребления.
3 Выявление  продукции,  наиболее  полно  отвечающей требованиям  ГРО  по  критерию  «цена - качество».
4  Выявление  некачественной  и  контрафактной  продукции   на  стадии  обращения  (рыночной  стадии).

THE BASIC PURPOSES OF ASSOCIATION
 
1. Organizational and technical assistance to the process of production properties perfection, insuring interrelation of consumers, developers, manufacturers and suppliers of production.
2. Consolidation of efforts of the interested organizations and natural persons for achievement of complete and harmonious development of socially significant economy sector on constructions and operation of gas distribution and gas consuming systems.
3  Revealing the production, which is most full meeting the requirements of Gas distribution organizations (GRО) according to «price - quality» criterion.
4  Revealing poor-quality and counterfeit production at a stage of circulation (a market stage).

ЗАДАЧИ  АССОЦИАЦИИ

1.Изучение  и  внедрение на  предприятиях – членах  ассоциации  перспективных  технологий  производства  продукции, совершенствование  конструкций с   целью  усиления  их  надежности, долговечности  и  безопасности.
2. Обеспечение  условий  благоприятного  информационного  обмена, пропаганда  технических   разработок, научных  открытий, передового  отечественного  и  зарубежного  опыта  в  газовом  хозяйстве.
3. Участие  в  разработке  и  обсуждении  технических  регламентов, других  нормативных  документов, совершенствовании  нормативной  базы  газораспределения  и  газопотребления, содействие  в  повсеместном  их  внедрении  и  неукоснительном  исполнении.
4. Участие  в  разработке  и  реализации  программ  и  проектов, направленных  на  достижение  уставных  целей  ассоциации  и  содействующих  членам  ассоциации  в  их  профессиональной   деятельности.
5. Распространение  среди  научной  общественности, политических  партий, общественно-политических  движений, в  органах  исполнительной  и  законодательной  власти  информации  о  целях  ассоциации. 

TASKS OF ASSOCIATION
 
    1. Studying and introduction at the enterprises, members of Association, of perspective "know-how" of production, perfection of design with the purpose of strengthening their reliability, durability and safety.
    2. Ensuring the conditions of favorable information exchange, propagation of technical development, discoveries and advanced domestic and foreign experience in gas facilities.
     3. Participation in development and discussion of technical rules, other normative documents, perfection of normative base of gas distribution and gas consumption, assistance in their universal introduction and strict fulfillment.
    4. Participation in development and realization of programs and the projects directed to achievement of the authorized purposes of Association and assistance the members of Association in their professional work.
    5. Distribution the information of Association purposes among scientific community, political parties, political movements, and in executive and legislative bodies.
